Management
Paul Scrivens
Director and Head Welder
Paul left school at 16 with very few exam results and started as an apprentice in welding and fabrication. He started Hatch Engineering along with Karen some 25 years ago, working from a single garage and dining room table.
Years later, the company now occupies 7000 sq ft of workshop space and employs some of the best welders and fabricators around, without whom the company would not be where it is today.
